After some wind driven rain, 1 small leak around a vent pipe was found, but it was quickly repaired and inside stain is being repaired at no cost to us. Shannon organized the Insurance Company which initially wanted to patch the roof. Shannon knowing the process did a thermal nuclear test and proved that patch work could not be done because of the cascading affect of lifting one shingle to patch the other and that shingle would crack. The Insurance agreed and replaced the complete roof. Shannon made it happen. If the Roofing Guys drop by let them do their best and you will probably have a new roof. Great Guys read less
